Dinner is served after each river trip for an additional charge at the Hudson River Rafting Center. A typical menu includes barbecued chicken, potato, salad and beverage. Every rafting trip includes a peanut butter granola honey wrap near the half-way point. Vegetarian options are also available. Please notify us if you would like a vegetarian option on the river or after trip.
We do not serve breakfast at the Rafting Center so we encourage our rafting guests to have a breakfast before arriving.

Adirondack Riverbeds is the perfect basecamp for individuals or groups of up to 14 to base their Adirondack experience. Located at the take out next to the Hudson River base and Adirondack Adventure center, guests have direct access to everything from whitewater to rock climbing and even wood fired pizza. The high ropes and zipline adventure course out back is a great way to spend an afternoon before relaxing by a campfire while listening to sounds of the river. Two of the three private rooms have extremely comfortable queen beds while the third has two. The bunk room comfortably sleeps six in XL twin beds. All linens and towels are provided. The full kitchen is spacious and allows for money saving home cooked meals.
