This shuttle will take you to the White Haven put-in and later pick you up at Rockport. Or you can choose to set your own shuttle. Please take into consideration your level of fitness and the water levels when planning your day on the river.
What is the size of the planned water release on the weekend of the festival?
We understand water levels are important information for a river festival. We promise to post more information here when it is announced by the Corps of Engineers. Find water levels here, as well as on the USACE web site:
I don’t own my own boat. Can I rent one?
We do not offer rentals of kayaks, canoes, stand-up paddleboards, or other equipment. If you want to get on the river you can make a reservation for a guided whitewater rafting trip ($59.95/person plus taxes and insurance).
What facilities are available at Whitewater Challengers?
Whitewater Challengers rafting center with a campground onsite. Bathrooms, showers, food service, paintball target range, bike rental/shuttle, sand volleyball and outdoor basketball are available onsite.
Is there a minimum age for the ‘RiverFest Package’?
There is no minimum age. But any minor must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian to participate in the river festival shuttle. Our recommended minimum age for the weekend is 21, but youth of any age are welcome if accompanied by an adult.

Whitewater Challengers has a 25 acre campground. So there’s plenty of room to spread out and find a quiet corner. We are not strictly enforcing our normal quiet hours starting at 11pm. However we will turn down the volume of our own entertainment at that time.
