The narrow canyon forces the river through a constricted passageway where boulders and ledges turn the fast moving water into a maelstrom of whitewater foam and fury. Come during May and June for the highest flows and most powerful whitewater. This is a hang-on-to-your-hats rafting trip, where teamwork and strong paddling are the key. A summertime rafting trip is a real fun-in-the-sun beach-party-style river adventure. The whitewater is still exciting, and the canyon offers idyllic coves and eddies for swimming, snacking or just plain relaxing.

Every trip includes an on-river snack and a scrumptious apres-rafting cookout!

If you are more than modestly overweight, we may be unable to accommodate you with appropriate equipment and safety gear. If you suffer from heart or other serious medical conditions, consult your doctor for his or her advice. Please call us in advance with any questions or concerns.

Cancellation Policy:

You can receive a full refund if you cancel at least 15 days in advance; 50% refund if you cancel 7 to 14 days in advance. No refunds can be made for cancellation less than 7 days ahead, or for no-shows or late arrivals.
